ROLE: Director of Photography

For Olaplex’s N°.5 Leave-In Tutorial, I had the pleasure of serving as the Director of Photography on this production. The client came to us seeking a stylized yet clean look that would align with their current brand transition into luxury haircare. In the pitch deck, we suggested using heavy contrast ratios and stylized product shots captured on a vintage Sony camcorder.
As Director of Photography, I was responsible for creating shot lists and mood boards, coordinating camera and lighting rentals, pre-lighting, developing lighting diagrams, and maintaining consistent communication with the director and the gaffer and grip team.

This was a spec advertisement that I produced as an opening project after moving to New York in early 2025. I developed the concept as a heavily New York–themed launch for ASOS, creating a simple, street-style fashion film designed to function as a short-form campaign. Although this was a spec project, I wanted to treat it as a real production by creating a full-fledged treatment that included product messaging, mood boards, project timelines, budget lists, and more.

DELAVIE SCIENCES
Delavie Sciences is a skincare brand that incorporates NASA-studied space technology into its product formulas. They came to Front Row Agency seeking product tutorial videos that would reinforce their branding and clearly communicate their product messaging.
As the Director, I came up with the idea to include sci-fi elements to align with their partnership with NASA, along with a first-person POV for product application. The intention was to show customers what it would feel like to hold and use the product in their own hands. After presenting our concepts, the client loved the idea and continues to use this content on their website today.

ROLE: Director of Photography
Jergens has been a long-time partner of Front Row Agency, and when I had the opportunity to serve as Director of Photography for the Cloud Crème campaign, I was more than excited. The creative director wanted to strongly emphasize the “cloud” theme throughout the visuals.
As the Director of Photography, I leaned into the cloud theme by creating a very soft, flattering look using book lighting for the key light and maintaining enough background separation to apply the same technique to the background. This required a significant amount of output and wattage, but the final result paid off.

METABOLIC
This campaign for Metabolic Maintenance was intended to go live across multiple social media platforms and eventually in television slots. The client wanted to promote the importance of using this trio of products throughout the day in different settings.
As Director of Photography, the intention was to make the visuals feel lighthearted, cozy, and flattering. Since the product itself isn’t the most exciting, the director and I addressed this by using fast-paced camera movements paired with naturalistic lighting.

ROLE: Producer | Director
The Nexxus Hy Volume campaign was a six-figure project that I had the pleasure of producing and directing. With only one week of production and over 20 assets to deliver, it was a substantial undertaking.
As the Producer and Director, I was tasked with creating the campaign deck, contracting talent, allocating the budget, ideating the creative concepts, ensuring client goals were met, and overseeing post-production. For the concept, we chose a more stripped-back studio look against a seamless, occasionally revealing behind-the-scenes moments of the cast and crew. This particular video was part of a larger video series featuring multiple products and talent.

This campaign was a complete rebranding project for the Brazilian haircare brand TRUSS Professional. The week-long production covered 12 different products as well as a featured collection. With a makeshift shower, the production involved many moving parts.
As Director of Photography, I worked to achieve the client’s desired editorial look and feel through an off-white/grey background, mid-to-high contrast lighting, and stylized model shots. We used a glass panel rigged in front of the camera, with water and glycerin poured across it, creating a dynamic effect. This aesthetic was carried consistently across the other assets.

PRETTY DRESS
Pretty Dress was a surreal and dream like music vidoe that allowed me great creative freedom to protray the theme longing for someone you know isn't right for you. With isolating desert locations to small 70's style interiors, we achecived this feeling with a slow motion lip sync and various extras.
As the lead for this project. I played a massive role in making it come to life. With creating the concept, directing the grip team and handling post production.

ANZA BORREGO
Anza Borrego is an ode to the desert, a place that can make you feel small and insignificant. When Jackson approached me about creating a music video, I knew we had to shoot on location.
Shot entirely in natural light, I aimed to immerse the audience in the experience of spending a night in the desert, from night to day. Including the day-to-night cycle allows viewers to appreciate the desert’s natural beauty and see how it transforms throughout the day.
